Wildflowers: Green Flower Identification

    I know these are fairly common in our spring rainforests but darned if I am able to find them in my books. Could somebody help identify these plants in the attached photos. I guess some might consider these flowers yellow but they are pretty much green to my eye. Thanks

    Sorry, there are no Daphne on Vancouver Island

    Agree, Daphne laureola garden escape , likely by birds, poisonous berries to us.

    Daphne laureola seems to be correct. I did not know that they were invasive. There is quite a proliferation of them. These photos were taken a Neck Point Marine Park and along the Millstream River (Bowen Park) both in Nanaimo, BC. Thanks

    This species is spreading through the region like wildfire. I cut or pull all I have a chance to.
