My grapefruit tree is dying from inside out. The inside is brittle and no leaves. The outside has leaves and tree is starting new fruit. I water lawn twice a day for 15 mins. each. Could I be watering too much? I live in Arizona and my grass needs this much watering and the tree is in the middle of yard.
