I saw this plant outside at a winery and thought it was pretty. Can anyone tell me what it is? The winery is located in Quincy in eastern Washington.

Maybe a spectacular specimen of Hens-and-Chicks, Sempervivum tectorum.

Sempervivum - like many succulents - are monocarpic; the rosette will die after flowering. The species itself is not unusual.

Though it already has several offsets, which will stay alive to flower next year or the year after.
