Identification: Got this plant at work, but, without ID. Help!

    I got this plant at work, but, I have no idea what it is. Could anyone help me out? Bonus points for advice on how to take proper care of it!

    May be Gold Dust Croton, Codiaeum variegatum 'Gold Dust'.
