begonia likes to be kept fairly moist - not completely soggy, just evenly moist all the time. regular potting soil. bright light.

the kalanchoe should be in cactus mix and it should be allowed to dry out a bit before watering again. bright light.

the spath (aka peace lily) needs to be kept evenly moistish...it'll droop as soon as it gets too dry. it should be in a well draining mix like potting soil and some perlite. doesn't do well at all in full sun...so keep it in indirect light - would do well in a fairly darkish room.

as with the others you posted, all should be in containers that have drainage holes.
