Hi - I have a year old phal. orchid and I was checking the plant for bugs today and noticed that under some potting material, in all different areas in the pot and around the roots is this foamy looking white/yellow stuff. I think it might be Gloeosporium, from some online reading, but I'm not positive, and it was never mentioned how to get rid of it. My plant looks completely healthy, no discoloration on any of the leaves or stem, and there are still about 8 or so flowers on it.

Also - there are sap like droplets on the leaves and stem, what are those?

Thanks so much for your help!
