I'm just wondering. When I'm preparing the corms for storage, do I pulls the roots off of it? There seem to be two parts. What I would traditionally think of as a bulb with a point on one end and an indent opposite it, and a hunk of "flesh" connected to the bulb with all the roots on it. This fleshy part on the bottom....should I snap it with the roots or leave it attached?

    Thanks!

it is best just to leave them attached and cut off all the leaves and then put all the corms in a big bag with some peat moss put it in your basement adn forget about them untill it is time to plant.
