    Hi All,

I'm just wondering about the likelyhood that the Ginkgo Nuts/Dryed Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) sold in bulk in Asian Markets are viable. I want to give them a try for bonsai, but I don't know how their viability drops off with age, or if there is some other reason they might not work.

    Thanks,
    M.

If you want gingko seeds you can collect them in the wild. Riverview has a female tree with fruit on it at the moment, if you were gentle and quiet enough you could likely find a few laying about. Dont forget the gloves, they are kind of smelly....
