Ginger?

    Greetings from the CBC. I am interested in interviewing someone about the history/culture/lore surrounding Ginger! Any thoughts on who might be a good person to speak with? If so please call Laura at 778 773 6118!

    I'm assuming you mean the ginger that is found in gingerbread?

    I think you'd be best to contact one of the UBC instructors of the Plants and People course, which deals with economic botany (of which lore, history and culture will all come into play).

    I'd try contacting Shona Ellis as a first option, then perhaps Mike Hawkes
