Hell there; I have fresh ginger roots brought from the supermarket (I know it's not the best place), and I couldn't get them in the begining in summer, when I should have sown them, so my question is this, Do I plant the ginger roots now (in Sep when winter is approaching) or should I wait to the next summer? Is there a special way to store them to be planted next summer?
