Giant problems

I got some giant pumpkins, and their planted right next to my house. They aren't growing too well, but I think I can revive their growing. I live in a country-ish city area, and, well, are there going to be problems with them?

 

There are many reasons why pumpkins might not be doing well, but for best performance, grow them in rich soil and full sun.

 

I heard that pumpkins need lots of water to get to a good size.
