So I got these gorgeous Gerbera Daisies and I planted them in my flower garden, which I am just starting. It is actually a perennial garden, but I love this flower so much I decided to put some in there, probably just for this year. I planted them about 2 weeks ago and now I am not happy with where I put them, my question is, can I transplant them without destroying them? I don't know if it matters, but I live in Massachusetts, I am pretty sure it is zone 5.
    Thanks,
    Andrea

Yes, they will move. However, they are not hardy outdoors - might be better to try them as pot plants.

Also be aware that these are apt to rot off at the crown and collapse, if you start seeing this you are not being picked on.

Thanks Ron. Yeah, I know they are more of a pot flower and not a perennial, but I just wanted to try them out in the garden, probably not the best thing for a beginner to do huh!? hahaha
They are just so vibrant and beautiful, they are one of my favorite flowers, but this will be the only time I do this, I will dig them up in the fall. Will they do well indoors after that?
