Gentiana

    The following is posted for new member Saxy Fraga:

    The attached Gentiana sp. was wild collected in Sichuan and I believe
    'you guys' have The Flora of Sichuan or some other reference and may
    be able to key it out. This plant came to me as a 'Campanura species' from Yamaguchi's collection, but it is
    obviously a gentian.

    This gentian is is a hardy evergreen and it begins to flower right now
    until the flowers are finally 'wintered off' after the cold snap we seem
    to get (usually by mid or late January). However, even moderate frosts
    don't seem to burn the flowers off.

    Any guesses what it might be?
