Garlic and shallots anyone harvesting yet?

    Last year's ? or this spring's ? Mine from last August came out July 15... and that's already too late because the biggest ones started splitting... :( ... A few other wiser forum users got theirs earlier 1-2 weeks than me... and reported a great harvest...

    Garlic all harvested a few weeks ago. Shallots not quite ready yet (or onions), expect to harvest in a few weeks.

    I'm harvesting shallots as we need them and have left most of them in the ground where they are now dried out. Soon I should pull them all and dry them in the sun for a few days.

    Garlic I harvested a few weeks back, early July I think.

    Garlic was planted in October and I finished harvesting last week. Onions pulled and drying in sun.
