Hello: I need to buy a good number of large pots to create a garden in my deck and balconies. Can anybody recommend a good place with a large selection of pots at reasonable prices? I have heard of a place in White Rock and don't mind driving but need to know the location. The more I can save on pots, the more I can invest on plants, organic fertilizers and such. Any help is appreciated Thanks, Luis
Weel I found several sites that sell garden pots if you don't want to drive somewhere. I don't know what the shipping will cost, but it might save you on gas if you have a gas guzzling vehicle! http://www.ikea.com/us/en/search/?query=plant+pot http://www.acehardware.com/category/index.jsp?categoryId=2598678 http://www.lowes.com/pl_Plants_4294822966_4294937087_?newSearch=true&ddkey=http:SearchCatalogDisplay http://www.hartcanna.com/ http://www.ecosourceonline.com/retailers.php(might take a bit of link surfing to sort through which ones are options here) http://www.thegardensuperstore.co.uk/acatalog/Plant_Pots-Round.html Personally, I would suggest IKEA as usually being cheap and generally well made. Since I have not ordered pots from any of these at this time, I can't say how it will work out! I believe that some if not most of them may be able to ship to your area, but as I don't know the area I can't make any good suggestions for places near you. If you do go with cheap plastic pots and you decide you don't like the way they look, you could always experiment with some acrylic paints and brushes/sponges to make them more interesting. Try some web browsing using search engines for plant pots. Even image searches will work because you can take the link to the original site it came from and see if it is an actual seller and if it fits reasonably in your price range.
