Fuzzy bumps on grape leaves

I'm new to growing grapes. This past spring I planted 6 vines with full sun. Five of six grew well, no sign of #6 yet. My problem is that the bottom of leaves near the top of a couple of the vines have fuzzy bumps on them. Does anyone know what it might be? Is there anything I need to do to remedy this? I've attached pics showing the leaves.

Looks like grape phylloxera.

Thanks for the reply. I had no clue what it was. Now I need to find out if its treatable.
