I have a number of raised beds for vegetables and this past season had a terrible blight on all my tomato plants. It started when the plants were almost full grown and covered in tomatoes. The plants would start to turn black ( not like rose black spot though ) on the stems and leaves and then on the tomatoes which were a total loss. My concern for the upcoming season is that the fungus or mould, or whatever it was, is still in the soil and will ruin my plants again. How can I treat the soil to be sure this disaster doesn't happen again ?
