Anybody know of a good book for referencing and identifying fungal plant pathogens? It doesn't really have to get down to species, i would like that but a good book to narrow it down to genus, or even family would be excellent! then can work out species. also books of genera like Phialocephala, Lasiodiplodia, Fusarium and such. any good ones?
