These two were photographed in my yard in Northern New Jersey USA. The first on Oct 9th the second on Feb 8th. Both in the grass under Oak, Beech and Birch. I discovered the more recent one after the snow melted but unfortunately I was not able to get closer look or to photograph the bottom since it ground was extremely soft. It snowed and froze over shortly after.
Does anyone know what they are?
