Today I bought 2 types of plants in the FUCHSIA family. I have a Fuchsia hanging basket. I want to know if this type of plant is an annual or can I bring the basket in before first sign of frost. Will it strive inside the house during the winter months? I also bought a AZALEA GIRARD'S FUCHSIA which is a small bush. What is the best way to plant this?
Shade loving Fushias can be brought indoors before frost, and maintained in a cool dry garage or basement window sill, over winter, with minimal watering.
