Identification: Frustration Sets In trying to ID this flowering bush

I have looked high and low to ID this bush. My neighbor pilfered some seeds and grew this bush for me. The "mother" bush stays green all year and flowers these pretty pink flowers. It seems that the leaf shape changes as it matures.
Looking forward to finally getting an answer from this knowledgeable forum.
