I have just moved to the west coast of Vancouver Island and would like some advice on what fruit trees to plant in this coastal habitat. I have tried to talk to the locals but most do not plant fruit trees.
Bob Duncan in Sidney has an extensive variety of fruit trees suitable for our island climate. It is a ways from Bamfield but if you're down Island sometime it's worth a visit.
