    This photograph was taken in Napo Wildlife Centre Anangu Amazonian Region Ecuador South America in May. May I ask for help with its ID, please?

    Thank you. You must be correct. I photographed Couroupita guianensis in Botanical Garden in Darwin Northern Territory Australia but tree and flowers were so much bigger that I did not connect the two.

    It's probably some Grias sp., possibly Grias neuberthii (although the fruit seems a tad too large).
