    1. I think those are seed capsules, not flowers.
    2. Gladiolus sp.
    3. Linaria
    4. Potentilla
    5, 6. Allium flavum
    7. Lathyrus sp.
    8. ??
    9, 10. Convolvulus sp.

    Very typical of a common type, actually. The wild ones do not have the built-up plant body of the tall garden hybrids.

    Here are two more photos of plant #1 in Nadia's posting. We found a tag - Atriplex confertifolia, which I think could be right but Nadia's not convinced it matches what she's finding on the internet. I think abgardeneer is right and we haven't seen the flowers yet. Photos I've seen (none of them very clear) show small round red flowers.
