We have planted a 8 feet high Frisia Locust about 3 weeks ago along a 6 feet high East facing fence, the plant seems to have taken well and has grown some 3 inches in height. We have something chewing semi circles on the outer edges of the leaves, Gardenworks at Capilano suggests that this web site may offer some ideas on how to stop this. Sounds like leaf cutter bees - they tend to target leguminous plants from what I've seen. Maybe followup with an image to confirm: How to Attach Images
