    Hello everyone!
This is my first posting so here goes..
I am trying to identify a tree growing along my road out here in Ft Langley, it has very fragrant creamy coloured flowers (almost finished blooming), rough bark, leaves similar to Mountain Ash but smoother edges and it grows quite tall...maybe 60-80 ft (I'm not very good on estimating heights). I have attached a photo of the full tree. Any help would be appreciated.
