Hello i was biking around Lamey's Mill Road and just on Alder crossing (google 49.266756,-123.131786) when i saw this plant. It has some fragrance which is nice. Also if some one lives near 112 st and 84 ave in North Delta (49.155922,-122.91232). There are like 5 trees on intersection with white flowers blooming on them they too have very pleasant fragrance. Does any on knows about them, i would love to have those trees in my garden Adding pics of the flowers from plant at Lamey's mill road
