Hello everyone. First time poster. There is a tree in my neighborhood that is very fragrant, and blooms multiple times throughout the year here in South Florida. The owner claims it is a jasmine tree, but I have been unable to locate any jasmine flower cluster images that match those on this tree. I am attaching a picture I took that shows the leaf, and flower clusters (sorry, the picture was taken a while ago, so there is no size reference.) The leaves are roughly 2 to 3 inches long.

    Thanks for any help!

Looks like Murraya paniculata, Orange Jessamine.
