Wonderful penetrating resinous odor. Little white flowers in late summer. Seems to be drought-tolerant in summer, tolerant of heavy winter rains. Tight, rose-like bunches of dark waxy leaves. Have already searched the web with several tags. Would like some more of these....

    Photo attached.

Can you post a larger pic? This one's far too small! Aim for around 500kB file size or so.

Difficult to tell from your photo but looks like Prostanthera Cuneata.

Give the man a cigar! It's Alpine Mint! Thanks, folks!

Would love to have a nice line of these bushes in front of the house for a pruneable hedge. Weather: very dry in summer, very wet in winter. Generally temperate. Washington State, Coastal.

The one I have was transplanted quite sloppily, and is thriving in cedar mulch.

    Hedge a viable option?
