Flowers and Berries? What is this?

My BFF is growing this beautiful plant in a container as you can see. I absolutely love it but she tossed out the little care tag so we're not sure what this is. Can anyone tell me more about it?? I took these with my camera phone so the quality leaves a little to be desired. The berries are a vibrant golden yellow and the little flowers are purple ... have I already mentioned how much I love this plant???

Thank you Lila!! Do you know if I can take a cutting of hers to start my own or are those berries some sort of seed I can plant?

 

You can plant the seeds however it won't come true to type; for that cutting are the way to go.
