Flowering vine South Eastern USA

    I would greatly appreciate it if you would identify the vine in the attached image for us. It grows on a fence in Albuquerque New Mexico. It flowers in spring and autumn and we think it could be a wild Clematis species, but this is a wild guess.

    Looks like Periploca graeca.
