Flowering Tree

This tree in in my neighbors yard. Someone said it is a Dogwood tree. But I looked up dogwood trees and can't find a match. Do any of you know what type of tree this is please.?

You are looking at a typical flower from the rose family.

It could be a flowering pear maybe pyrus calleryana. The petals are in 5's surrounding many male parts and several fused females in the centre.

 

looks like a white flowering crab apple (Malus sp.). don't think it is a pear, and definitely not a dogwood.

 

It don't make any type of fruit. It flowers up with the white flowers. Then after the flowers fall the tree stays just green all summer.

it is probably a dwarf crab apple. the fruits are about the size of a peanut m&m?? very small.

 

Thanks guys yes seems to look most like crabapple. Going to go with that.
