Flowering Bush with pods during winter - Ephrata PA

    Hello,

    My parents have a hedge of these that I am looking to duplicate in my area in Virginia. Can anyone identify this bush? Thank you

    Maybe the pods are berries I should have looked closer.

    Looks like Ligustrum to me.

    Doing a little web search it looks like Ligustrum ovalifolium.

    An invasive alien weed in your area, so you might want to think again about planting any!
