    Looks like something in the family Araliaceae, not sure what. Sorry, not a Loquat, wrong flowerhead structure.

    Not the same leaf either. I think I've seen this before, but don't remember the name. May even have been asked about on the internet recently by somebody else. If you have access to one of the huge photo books like A.B. Graf, EXOTICA (libraries here have these) you could try flipping through one and seeing if it pops up. Not a 5 minute endeavor, but it might produce a name for you.
