flower ID

    It might be a type of Chrysanthemum, or a spider aster.

    A sure bet is that it's in the chrysanthemum family, can you give us any info on the plant, height, flowers on a single stem, how large are the flowers, etc.....

    Another guess would be Dahlia....

    I agree, the flower looks like a chrysanthemum. But a number of other plants have similar looking flowers. Is the plant woody (shrub/tree)? Is it a perennial? Is it an annual? How tall does it get? What are the yound stems like? What are the leaves like? Are they fragrant or scented when crushed?

    show some of the plant and it will be easy to tell from chrisanthemum or dahlia

    The flower had a long stem and the milk was red when I cut them and put them in a vase.
