Flower ID

    Hello all,

    I found this blooming just today out in the front lawn area. I can't seem to locate the foliage, as the other foliage around the flower is for another plant. Or at least it seems that way.

    Anyone know what it is?

    Ah, I understand now, after looking at the photos online, why I wasn't able to see the foliage. It was always mowed, and we just had drencher rains for three days in a row. I'm really surprised the flowers came out at all.
