    Photo is to small for detail, otherwise a Hydrangea comes to mind... need close up of foliage too...

    Lady's mantle make a green flower in clusters. It looks like a bouquet of Lady's Mantle!
    If a piece of foliage could be provided, it would be much easier to ID. ladys mantle.jpg
