Woke up this morning and noticed a plant in the yard covered with a thin white layer of something similiar to mildew....After I sprayed the plant with Seven...I noticed a large swarm of snowflakes like bugs flying everywhere. Now my question is what was it?, did I kill them off?...or where they just flying off only to land elsewhere and cause the same damage....Can someone help
