We have a strata balcony which has had a series of delays re. reconstruction ... so we left the garden untended. This year, and for the first time, we have an infestation of ( I think) flea beetles which have ravaged our nasturtiums. How can we prevent this from occurring next year? Any "natural" remedy ... I've read spraying a mix of rubbing alcohol, liquid soap and water will do the trick.
