    Hi,

I was so glad to find this site! Here are the first few I'm having trouble identifiying. The first one and the third one are groundcovers. The last one has yellow flowers in July that sort of look like big buttercups.

    Thanks in advance!!

Thanks so much for the help!!!

On the Oenothera (Evening Primrose), I actually have some of those and while the flower is similar the foliage and height are very different.

The #2 photo is actually sideways. I'm looking for those big leaves. They have a long stem and simulate umbrellas. I love them because they make perfect little fairy trees in my daughters garden.

The other are simply a different species of evening primrose.

    Ok, thanks for confirming.

    I found#2, it's a may-apple or Podophyllum Peltatum

Does that mean you're not sure either? :) The yellow flowers on this plant only bloom for about 1 week, maybe 2. I'll have to wait til next year to get a picture of the flower.
