Please note that use of firewalls (which occasionally come bundled with anti-virus software) and pop-up stoppers may prevent the display of attachments (including images) and image thumbnails. They may also prevent the window that allows the uploading of attachments from popping up. Solution: Disable your firewall software temporarily to test if this is the source of the problem when trying to view photographs or image thumbnails. If it works while the firewall software is disabled, then alter your firewall settings to "trust" www.botanicalgarden.ubc.ca and www.agsci.ubc.ca (the machine that the web site is hosted on).
