I have a mission fig tree that was about 6 to 7 feet tall and was 2 to 3 years old. I had an accident and a branch from another tree fell on it breaking 1/4 to 1/3 of the top end that had its leafs. Question " will my tree continue to grow if I continue to care for it or will it die? Need help !!

If your tree is healthy otherwise, and growing in a favorable location, I think it should be OK. Maybe unusually shaped, but OK! Since it is injured, keep a special eye on it for diseases or pests that might try to take advantage of its condition. Post a photo if you can: visual imagery aids diagnosis.

Hope you yourself are unharmed from the fig-lopping accident---and welcome to the Forum!

Thank you for your response. Is there anything that I should apply on the tree injury to avoid pest or disease?

I was O.K., just injury to the tree. Thank you for your concern.
