Hi all, This is my first time here, and I hope someone can help. My husband has a Ficus tree (I'm not sure of the exact species), that he left outside a bit too long in the cold. The tree leaves have faded to a greyish green, and they're all dried up. A lot have fallen off. We watered it, so the soil is nice and moist. Does anyone know if this plant will make it? He's had it for a very long time, and he's very upset that he neglected it. I would like to make it better if I can. Thanks all! Sabrina
You might have to do some pruning of anything that's dead, or dying. Find a nice bright partley sunny spot indoors. You don't want the soil too wet, or too moist. Keep the soil semi moist, check weekly. I like to let the top inch or two almost dry before watering. As long as the roots are ok, the pot is the right size and the soil has good drainage, you should see some new growth.
