We Had Nice Flowers In The Spring. But Now We Have Many Branches With No Leaves. I Would Say Half The Tree Is Bare With Nothing On The Branches. The Branches Are Green When Scratched. Any Help Anyone Please. I Just Love This Weeping Cherry Tree. I Don't Know If I'm Hurting It By Keeping It To The Hight Of About 6 To 7 Foot High.
