Just got back from mountain biking at a nearby park. Anyone know what kind of ferns these are (both pics are of the same ferns). For the other pic, I'm wondering if this is a type of orchid here (Maybe Epipactis helleborine or Cypripedium acaule?)(I'm doubting it though, probably just some random other plant) - leaves were soft. Thanks.

Possibly the fern is a Thelypteris - just going by general appearance of fronds.

Cypripedium acaule produces paired leaves. But, sure, it could just as well be another kind of plant that will have more leaves when fully developed.
