    Hi all

I started a feijoa from seed (obtained from Tradeswind fruit) and after a start in a greenhouse transplanted it to the sheltered south side of my home. It has survived cold snaps of -8 C and is a healthy enough looking bush around 3 to 4 years old. However it has never shown an inclination to flower. Any ideas? Has it flowered for anyone on Vancouver island or the lower mainland ?

    cheers,
