My boss, who is an architect in Mexico attended to the Builder's Show ten years ago in Las Vegas, and he knew there a company who was developing a fast growing system with hybrid trees and perennial leaves to be planted on urban soils with the purpose of planting them in big architectural projects, having them as big as 8 feet tall, and perennial leaves also.
