    greetings!
I have several star jasmine planted in an east to west direction in a raised bed along the front of the wall trailing over the edge. over the years I have lost several plants. first they begin to turn a reddish color, then they gradually die. it is not gophers. I live in Santa Barbara, Cal, so it isn't frost. on the other side of my walk way, the plants farthest west are doing GREAT! it is not an H20 problem. anyone got an ides as to what is occurring? many thanks!

Try to discover what is different between the two sides of the walk.
