Evergreen shrub

    I was in Philly and Atlantic City area last weekend and really liked these evergreen shrubs that a lot of business are using. The picture isnt the greatest but this shrub has pointy needle like leaves and is very dence. Never seen anything like this in Texas.

    Probably Taxus and won't grow in our dense alkaline clay and heat.

    or also called a Yew...too bad it wont grow here

    Doesn't look quite right for yew - can you get a better close-up pic?
