    Hello,
Can someone please help me identify this evergreen shrub? It was brought to my garden by birds. It's in its second year and it is about 2 feet high now. I don't think it is a Viburnum tinis. The leaves are a bit furry on the underside. Unfortunately it has not flowered yet, that would make it a bit easier.
I brought a branch to two different nurseries but had no luck.
    Thanks in advance.

any flowers or berries on it? I think it looks like Viburnum tinus so far.

No flowers yet. I thought the Viburnum tinus smells bad in wet weather. My plant has no smell at all.

    Definitely a Laurustinus.

Thank you. Ah, and in the mean time I found out it only stinks when it blooms. Hopefully it will by the end of this year.
